I got the opportunity to revamp an old routine at the @maisonburlesque Solo Showcase
I debuted this back in 2023 and performed it for Mx Burlesque Victoria a few weeks after. It was at the height of my illness and I don't have the fondest memories of this act from that time.
Last night, I got to do again and it felt so different - the character felt different, the costume felt different, the musicality was different and it's because I am different.
